Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville, TN is seeking a Regional Property Manager for a multifamily portfolio. The role oversees business plan execution, directs property and area managers, and mentors junior staff to ensure policy adherence and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, review KPI metrics, collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams, travel between properties, and ensure compliance with safety and front-end tech systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of onsite Multifamily Property Manager level experience.
• Multi-site Multifamily Property Management experience in TN preferred.
• Yardi systems experience required.
• Local/regional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for all property items with the owner's representative.
• Review and approve all property purchases within the expense budget.
• Partner with Marketing to develop budgets/plans and monitor ad spend.
• Engage in revenue management pricing and participate in pricing calls.
• Review survey results and create improvement action plans.
• Oversee marketing activities and review lead reports and metrics.
• Assist with RFP responses and pitches.
• Ensure staff utilize property front-end technology and systems.
