Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Property Management experience
• 5+ years of Management experience
• Proven track record with diverse property portfolio
• Strong client and team management skills
• Ability to mentor lower-level managers

Aufgaben

• Act as main contact with owner representatives and communicate terms of the PM Agreement
• Review and approve all property purchases within budget
• Partner with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad spend
• Engage in revenue management pricing and attend pricing calls
• Review resident and mystery shop surveys and create action plans for underperforming staff
• Oversee marketing activities including market comps and lead reports
• Assist with RFP responses and pitches
• Ensure property staff use property tech systems as intended
• Oversee risk management, safety standards, and staff safety
• Collaborate with Operations Center of Excellence to optimize shared services and deliver documents
