Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Multifamily business across Nashville and select Southeast markets. This executive will drive new business growth, expand client relationships, and deliver financial results across the Residential portfolio.

You will own P&L, oversee operations, and lead cross-functional teams while maintaining executive-level client partnerships. The role requires 10+ years in property management and senior leadership experience; CPM/RPA is

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Property Management experience.
• 10+ years of Management experience.
• CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a Senior Leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Create value through new business growth for Residential Portfolios across markets.
• Develop/implement marketing plans for Residential Portfolios and lead teams.
• Negotiate management agreements and ensure SOC controls compliance.
• Deliver financial results and prepare market budgets with variances.
• Collaborate with client accounting, finance and other leaders.
