Job summary

Valiant Residential in the Dallas area seeks a Regional Community Supervisor to oversee operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple luxurious multifamily communities. You will report to the Regional Vice President and ensure occupancy, revenue, and budgets are met while maintaining policy compliance.

Regular travel in the Arlington/Waxahachie/Grand Prairie region is required. As a leader in the Property Management team, you will recruit, develop, and support

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of property management experience with ownership-level responsibilities.
On-site multifamily property management experience across 5+ properties.
CPM/CAM/CAPS or equivalent certifications preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff to meet performance goals.
Oversee budgets, revenue, and expenditures to hit financial targets.
Conduct regular property inspections for safety and compliance.
Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
Foster resident and vendor relationships to drive engagement.
Travel locally to Arlington/Waxahachie/Grand Prairie properties.
