Job summary

Valiant Residential in Austin, TX seeks Regional Community Supervisor to lead on-site teams across luxury multifamily communities, drive occupancy, revenue, and compliance, and partner with the Regional Vice President to meet targets.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, proven leadership across 5+ properties, and willingness to travel locally. You will oversee operations, inspect properties, manage budgets, and cultivate resident and vendor relationships to support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience.
• At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management with ownership-level responsibilities across 5+ properties.
• Proven experience managing A to A+ class high-rise or luxury residential communities.
• 3+ years of team management or supervisory experience, industry certifications preferred (CPM/CAPS/CAM).
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance expectations.
• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring financial goals are met by managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, including preventative maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvement recommendations.
• Uphold company values and culture and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
