Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management or operations.
• Experience in Multifamily construction strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software, including Procore.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and training of personnel within the core branch.
• Supervise teams of Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
• Oversee initiation and planning of projects in the region.
• Ensure schedules are documented and reported; review weekly customer reports.
• Manage budgets and procurement, including vendor bids.
• Track Core5 KPIs and report on performance.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety.
