Job summary

THS National LLC is seeking an Construction Operations Manager for our Florida region. The role leads the development and training of personnel, oversees project initiation and planning, and manages teams of Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to deliver projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management or operations, with emphasis on multifamily renovation and revitalization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management or operations, focusing on project delivery and team management.
• Experience in multifamily construction strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics with ability to analyze and improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and training of personnel within the core branch to ensure a skilled workforce.
• Supervise teams of Construction Managers, Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure efficiency and project execution.
• Manage workloads and allocate resources to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety and Training to support compliance and team development.
• Oversee initiation and planning of all projects in the region, aligning with goals.
• Ensure documented schedules reflect current project standings and report progress.
• Generate weekly customer reports and share on schedule.
• Track Core5 KPIs across all projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee budget-to-buyout and procurement with vendors to maintain financial health.
