CHAGEE USA is seeking an Operator Partner to lead a cluster of CHAGEE stores, elevating guest experiences and optimizing store performance. You will drive strategy, oversee operations, and partner with corporate teams on brand initiatives across locations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of multi-unit leadership, strong coaching skills, and a passion for premium tea. This hybrid role requires travel between stores, with engagement in a growing US market.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in multi-unit management or high-volume store leadership.
• Proven ability to manage P&L ownership and business strategy across multiple locations.
• Strong coaching mindset with demonstrated experience developing leaders and building teams.
• Excellent communication, influence, and organizational skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort leading through change with resilience, optimism, and accountability.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between store locations.
• Passion for premium tea, hospitality, and building something new from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business & Guest Experience across multiple stores within a region.
• Own P&L performance, forecasting, and multi-unit KPIs including labor, speed, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop leaders by hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
• Maintain audit readiness, safety compliance, and high store standards.
