CHAGEE is expanding in the U.S. and seeks an Operator Partner to lead a cluster of stores with a focus on guest experience, brand standards, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of multi-unit leadership, proven P&L management, and a coaching mindset. This role requires travel between store locations and offers hybrid work, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to develop future CHAGEE leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and business strategy across locations.
• Strong coaching mindset and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business & Guest Experience across multiple stores.
• Drive local strategy, guest satisfaction, and brand execution.
• Own P&L, forecasting, and multi-unit KPIs.
• Develop Store Managers through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure audit readiness, safety, and venue presentation.
• Partner with corporate teams on initiatives and pilots.
