Nbutexas is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple locations across the Philadelphia through Washington DC corridor, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency. This role will coach and develop leaders, optimize labor and inventory, and drive financial performance across the market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in hospitality, retail, or food service, with a hands-on style and a track record of growing teams in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Proven success leading salaried managers and developing strong teams.
• Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with growth environments, change management, or new openings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations through a team of General Managers, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency.
• Coach, develop, and promote leaders while building a positive, results-driven culture.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance across the market.
• Support new store openings, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, safety, and store presentation.
