Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Multisite) to oversee maintenance across multiple communities in the Kent, WA area.

The role requires leading the maintenance team, coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring safety and quality across properties. You will travel to assigned communities, supervise staff, review bids, and monitor budgets to deliver a high standard of living for residents.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or 3–6 months of related experience, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership with maintenance team supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Physical ability to perform inspections and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage and assist with staff management.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs, resources, and staffing.
• Assign and oversee tasks; secure bids for outside contractor work.
• Direct contracted projects to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Purchase supplies and equipment.
• Plan and manage the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and costs; prepare cost reports.
• Review contractor bids for approval.
• Support property upkeep, including cleaning and unit turnovers.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Promote safe work practices and address safety concerns.
