Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Valid drivers license required for on-site operations.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units and ensure standards before new residents move in.
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow preventive maintenance plans.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and be on-call as required.
• Maintain safety by following regulations and reporting hazards.
• Keep tools and shop organized; document work orders and inspections.
