Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in regional or multi-site property maintenance leadership required.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional support and guidance to on-site maintenance teams.
• Inspect each property quarterly for safety and monthly for maintenance concerns.
• Oversee capital projects and ensure project completion aligns with standards.
