Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Ranger to lead the property management team, drive leasing and marketing initiatives, and ensure smooth operation of the apartment community.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and vendor management while focusing on safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. Weekend availability may be required; candidates should be prepared for local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience is required.
• Multi-family property management experience is preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing & Customer Service is beneficial.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi, One Site) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team; hire, orient, train new staff.
• Achieve revenue goals through leasing strategies and marketing.
• Prepare budgets, forecast, perform profitability analyses, and manage invoicing.
• Analyze market trends and adjust property strategy accordingly.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, and collections.
