RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a capable Ranger to manage multi-site residential portfolios in the Florida region. You will lead community managers, oversee budgets, and drive occupancy and financial performance while ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, vendor coordination, and strategic market analysis to optimize asset value and client satisfaction. A strong background in property management is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in business, finance, marketing or related field.
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM preferred.
• First-hand multi-site property management experience including financial and operational oversight.

• Develops annual budgets for properties and monitors performance against budget.
• Oversees portfolio performance and implements actions to meet goals.
• Leads community managers, hires and trains staff, and manages performance.
• Maintains client satisfaction through timely reporting and proactive communication.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and drives occupancy and revenue growth.
• Ensures property standards, safety, and upkeep; coordinates vendor contracts and projects.
• Completes HR, financial, and administrative reports; supports policy compliance.
