Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth across a multi-state territory in the motion control market. The role focuses on encoder, positioning, and measurement solutions with direct OEM, machine builder, and distributor engagement.

This is a remote role covering CT, MA, NH and the Albany NY area, requiring strong technical sales and travel as needed. You will own territory plans, develop new applications, present technical value, manage quotes, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Direct sales or technical support in the motion control industry is required.
• Experience with encoders, servo systems, or related motion control products preferred.
• Willingness to travel within multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales within an assigned multi-state territory.
• Develop new customers and applications for encoder and measurement solutions.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, machine builders, end users, distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities in motion control.
• Present and demonstrate technical products and communicate value clearly.
• Maintain CRM and sales activity records; travel as needed; attend events.
