Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to lead a high-performing loan origination team while maintaining personal production. This role rewards leadership, mentorship, and scalable growth beyond individual volume.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail mortgage origination, an extensive referral network, and licenses (MLO and Mortgage Principal Lending). Expect strategic influence, strong communication, and a focus on compliance and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead and motivate branch personnel
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and underwriting standards
