Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing loan origination team while continuing personal production. This role focuses on scalable leadership without sacrificing income, and requires recruiting, coaching, and driving sales performance across the division.

Ideal candidate brings 5 years of retail mortgage origination experience, strong referral partner networks, and a proven ability to mentor and develop branch teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (debits, credits, ledgers).

Responsibilities

• Continue producing at a high level and lead from the front through production.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
