Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to lead a high-performing loan production team while remaining active in origination. This role emphasizes sales leadership, mentorship, and scalable growth beyond personal production.

You will recruit, train, and coach branch staff, ensuring QC compliance and strong referral partnerships. Accepting leadership-driven producers who value income and influence, with a focus on market expansion and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail mortgage origination experience including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Familiarity with QC compliance and mortgage lending laws.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example while growing the team.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance across the division.
• Continue producing at a high level while scaling impact beyond personal production.
