Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to lead a team while continuing personal production. This role emphasizes leadership without daily operations management, enabling scale of the agent network and production.

The ideal candidate combines mortgage origination excellence with team-building, coaching, and talent development to drive growth and culture across the division.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.

Responsibilities

• Continue producing at a high level.
• Lead from the front through production and example.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance.
