Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a sales team while continuing to originate and drive personal business. The role emphasizes leadership without operational drag, mentorship, and developing top mortgage professionals.

You will recruit and coach talent, maintain strong relationships with referral partners, and drive performance across the division. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on growth and scalable results.

Qualifications

• Five years of successful retail mortgage origination experience, including principal lending management roles.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, lead and motivate branch personnel.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Committed to QC compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Continue producing at a high level while leading from the front.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching on a regular basis.
• Help recruit and develop sales talent across the team.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance within the division.
• Scale team impact beyond personal production without sacrificing income.
