Key Mortgage Services is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing retail Loan Officer team across the Key Mortgage and Baird & Warner footprint. You will coach, set production expectations, and drive partnerships to grow market share.

You'll partner with branch managers, recruit top talent, and ensure adoption of CRM and marketing tools while maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage origination or sales leadership.
• 3+ years of managing or mentoring loan officers.
• Proven ability to recruit and onboard top talent.
• Strong real estate partnerships experience with branch managers.
• Track record of driving production growth.

Responsibilities

• Retain and develop a high-performing retail Loan Officer team.
• Lead production planning, coaching, and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure 100% adoption of CRM and marketing platforms.
• Partner with branch managers to expand market share and partnerships.
• Drive joint monthly business planning with real estate offices.
