Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related mortgage sales experience.
8 to 10 years' experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with 3 to 5 years' experience managing mortgage loan sales, plus a track record of recruiting high-performing loan officers.
Experience managing a team of Mortgage Loan Officers and achieving growth goals in a financial institution.
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA/USDA service guidelines desired.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, and manage Mortgage Loan Officers to meet growth plans.
Set goals, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff performance; administer salary recommendations.
Oversee loan packaging, ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
Analyze financial and credit data; approve or reject loans as appropriate.
Lead mortgage referral programs and coordinate with Retail Bank and Wealth Management.
