Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators, drive regional production, and recruit and train top talent. You will foster relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and realtor associations while ensuring operational excellence and profitability across the region.

You will maintain your own loan pipeline, communicate business goals, and guide staff with coaching and marketing initiatives to sustain growth and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Regional Manager in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and recruit, interview and train elite talent.
• Promote sales training, coaching, and marketing materials to create an effective sales environment.
• Act as liaison between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments within the company.
