You will stay sharp on market trends, manage a loan pipeline, and deliver an exceptional client experience while building a thriving referral network with Realtors and builders.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination with knowledge of the complete loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the mortgage journey from application to closing.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and referral partners throughout the process.
• Stay current on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements to ensure best lending decisions.
