Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Regional Mobile Service Manager in Texas to oversee a team of mobile technicians and ensure efficient repairs with high customer satisfaction. You will coordinate diagnostics, scheduling, and training while upholding warranty and policy procedures.

The role emphasizes mentoring technicians, maintaining quality, and driving a strong service culture across multiple locations within the Rush network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ related experience or training.
• CDL required with insurability.
• Manufacturer training completed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and motivate qualified mobile service technicians.
• Perform diagnostic and documentation functions on the company system.
• Greet customers and communicate cost and delivery changes clearly.
• Schedule mobile technicians to match skill levels and schedule time off.
• Provide technical support for technicians as needed.
• Ensure repairs are charged correctly (warranty/policy).
• Monitor progress of each repair order throughout the day.
• Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks.
• Ensure compliance with warranty and policy procedures.
• Ensure department employees receive manufacturing training.
• Establish and maintain customer follow-up to confirm satisfaction.

Education
