Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Memory Care & Programming Specialist to support Memory Care programs across multiple communities. This role targets senior living leaders ready to impact across several buildings rather than a single site.

You will travel extensively, assess needs, provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational guidance, and help stabilize programs for sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Senior living experience required.
• Significant experience in Memory Care and dementia care.
• Programming/Life Enrichment experience.
• Regional, multi-site, or comparable high‑level community support.
• Strong knowledge of dementia programming and person-centered care.
• Understanding of Montessori or Montessori-inspired dementia-care principles.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing senior living teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on field support to communities across Charter's portfolio across multiple locations.
• Support implementation and execution of Charter’s Flourish Memory Care Program.
• Evaluate resident programming, engagement, daily structure, and program consistency.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Memory Care operations and resident experience.
• Coach Memory Care Directors and community associates.
• Train teams on dementia-care practices, resident engagement, and programming expectations.
• Support onboarding and development of new Memory Care leaders.
• Evaluate programming for meaning, purpose, and resident-centeredness.
