Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Fox Hollow is seeking an experienced Memory Care Director to lead the Memory Care neighborhood. The role blends dementia-care expertise, creative programming, and strong team leadership to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You will own day-to-day operations, coach staff, ensure compliant programming, and partner with the clinical team to meet resident needs. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday hours plus manager-on-duty rotations, in a thriving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with seniors.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience with individuals living with dementia.
• Experience developing or implementing resident programming.
• Ability to coach and develop employees effectively.
• Strong understanding of person-centered dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and resident experience within the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Champion and implement Flourish Memory Care philosophy.
• Develop and oversee purposeful, dementia-informed resident programming.
• Create meaningful engagement opportunities based on residents’ abilities, interests, histories, and preferences.
• Lead therapeutic, recreational, educational, social, and life-enrichment programming.
• Maintain a vibrant programming calendar.
• Coach and develop Memory Care associates.
• Establish clear expectations and a positive team culture.
• Partner with Health & Wellness Director and clinical team to support resident needs.
• Support associates in responding to dementia-related behaviors and family concerns.
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families.
