Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Memory Care Specialist to oversee Memory Care programs across our California communities. The role requires frequent travel to support Traditions Directors and ensure compliance with Oakmont standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years as a Traditions Director, dementia care experience, and strong leadership with budgeting and HR know-how. Travel up to 100% within the portfolio is expected, with opportunities for growth and relocation across the

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Traditions Director or equivalent in a similar field.
• Experience with dementia care and at least 1 year in a management/leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in related field or 4 years social services/residential care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new Directors.
• Provide coaching and retraining as directed by Regional Memory Care Director and Executive Director.
• Conduct Traditions Program Audits and ensure compliance with Oakmont policies.
• Ensure adherence to Oakmont Traditions policies across communities.
• Contribute to policy development and program standards across the portfolio.
• Support new community openings with staffing, training, and program setup.
• Participate in developing Oakmont Programming standards and related systems.
