Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Regional Memory Care Specialist to oversee Memory Care programs across Northern California. Candidates must have Senior Living experience and be prepared for extensive travel.

This role demands leadership in maintaining standards and compliance while supporting community staff. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience as a Traditions Director or similar field.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years as a Traditions Director or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working with persons with dementia and 1 year in management.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new Directors.
• Conduct Traditions Program Audits and ensure compliance.
• Participate in policy and procedure development and community openings.
