Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Membership and Engagement to lead regional relationships that drive enrollment growth through referrals. You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and build relations with public officials and business leaders across multiple major cities.

On-site role with frequent local travel, evenings and weekends. A track record of delivering measurable results and managing large-scale events is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience building communities or relationship programs with measurable growth through referrals.
• Experience designing and delivering at least 20 gatherings with budgets.
• Proven ability to build relationships with public officials or business executives that yielded results.
• Experience using a CRM to track contacts and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several gatherings each month within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit and empower parent ambassadors to match with families.
• Build relationships with public officials and business executives.
• Connect families with mentors and alumni within 30 days of graduation.
• Record gatherings and introductions in CRM with tracking of referrals.
