Alpha is seeking a Director of Membership and Engagement to lead regional relationships that drive enrollment growth through referrals. The role is on site in multiple cities and requires regular local travel, including evenings and weekends.

You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and connect families with mentors, masterclasses and internships, while documenting outcomes in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience building communities or relationship programs in K–12 education, membership organizations or a comparable business, with measurable growth through referrals, members, congregations, chapters, alumni or client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver several gatherings each month, including open events, dinners by city and grade, and family retreats, within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors, and personally host events.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors, match them with prospective families and those touring schools.
• Build relationships with public officials or business executives to secure venues and support for new campus openings.
• Record all gatherings and introductions in the CRM and maintain accurate records for each family.
