Syntegon Technology Services LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own an independent regional area and drive growth with existing and new customers. You will blend technical solution selling with business development and coordinate with a global matrix organization to achieve sales targets.

The role requires strong experience in capital equipment sales, excellent relationship management, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives for pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Prospect for and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Manage the full cycle sales process.
• Communicate the technical benefits and value of solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Drive sales projects within a matrix organization.
• Set sales goals and follow through on strategic initiatives.
