Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Baltimore seeks an Arterial Regional Manager to lead Account Managers, drive regional revenue growth, and build strong relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders. You will own forecasts, plans, and targets, and shape regional strategy.

You will recruit and coach talent, analyze market trends, ensure CRM discipline, and collaborate with AVP, RSM, Strat Sales, and Marketing. Travel is 50% and field-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute plans to expand market share and accounts.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key sales talent.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
