Job summary

Cafepharma, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Representative - Medical Device to drive growth across a designated U.S. territory. You will build durable relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, onboard new accounts, and educate customers on innovative medical devices to accelerate adoption.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to support launches and ensure customer success, while managing an entrepreneurial, field-based sales approach focused on revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside B2B or medical sales.
• Ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment.
• Medical device, orthopedic, sports medicine, rehabilitation, or healthcare sales experience is preferred but strong sales professionals from related industries will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated sales territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare providers.
• Identify and onboard new accounts while expanding existing business.
• Conduct product education and in-service training.
• Partner with internal teams to support product launches and customer success.
• Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset while driving revenue growth.
