Caphepharma, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Representative in the United States to drive growth in the medical device portfolio. This role focuses on building new business, expanding clinical relationships, and delivering differentiated solutions that improve patient care.

You will operate in a field-based environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ideal candidates have a track record in outside B2B or medical device sales, strong relationship skills, and the motivation to own a territory

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside B2B or medical sales.
• Ability to grow new and existing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication.
• Self-motivated with high accountability.
• Comfortable working independently in field-based sales.
• Healthcare or medical device sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated sales territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinicians, and providers.
• Identify and onboard new accounts; expand existing business.
• Conduct product education and in-service training.
• Partner with internal teams to support launches and customer success.
• Manage territory with entrepreneurial mindset to drive revenue.
