Job summary

SPR Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Indianapolis, IN, responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals in the territory.

You will create and execute territory plans, build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders, and drive growth through surgeon education and strategic account management. The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Minimum Bachelors degree, in related field preferred.
• Ability to “concept” sell novel products.
• Success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products.
• Customer & account profiling ability.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and topping team “leader boards”.
• An entrepreneurial orientation, high initiative, self-directed orientation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Establish and foster relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop personal growth through results orientation and product knowledge.
• Contribute ideas to teammates and share best practices.
• Use CRM to track contacts, activity and follow up; deliver monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Assist with trade show exhibits and sales meetings; support surgeon education and presentations.
• Work with surgeons to increase exposure through SPR presentations and journal clubs.
