Job summary

SPR Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Oshkosh to Green Bay, WI. You will create territory plans, build physician and hospital relationships, and drive growth with SPR products through expert clinical knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, related field preferred.
• Ability to 'concept' sell novel products.
• Success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products.
• Customer & account profiling ability.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and topping team leader boards.
• Rich professional references documenting respect from supervisors and customers.
• Entrepreneurial orientation with high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Foster relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop territory growth through product approvals and clinical knowledge.
• Contribute ideas to team and use CRM to track activity.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews as requested.
• Support trade shows and sales meetings; present SPR materials.
