Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager in Boston, MA to lead and develop Account Managers, driving regional revenue growth, market development, and operational excellence while building relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders.

You will own regional forecasts, develop business plans, coach talent, and ensure effective sales processes and CRM usage, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and customer relationships.
• Coach and develop Account Managers and build vendor relationships.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, and reporting.
• Collaborate with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
