Job summary

Sales Recruiters Chicago, Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a Regional Sales Manager to own an established medical device territory based in Denver.

The role covers CO, SD, ND, portions of MT, and select areas of KS and NE with regular air and overnight travel. The role requires proven outside sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage a large geographic territory while educating healthcare professionals on product solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proven outside sales experience.
• Strong new-business development and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large geographic territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air; 4–6 nights away per month.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established account base and drive continued growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, dentists, hospitals, and medical schools.
• Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls throughout the territory.
• Lead in-person product demonstrations and clinical education sessions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop new business throughout the assigned territory.
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Represent the company at industry conventions, trade shows, and medical conferences.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
