Job summary

WTOC is a Gray Media CBS affiliate in Savannah, GA, seeking a Regional Media Executive to manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, invoicing, and payment. You will serve as the primary liaison for regional agencies and Gray Media teams, driving renewals and upsells across large accounts.

The role requires strong communication, strategic mindset, and deep familiarity with Gray systems. Full-time, on-site with a focus on results and teamwork within the Gray Media sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in broadcast television, digital media, or client solutions.
• Proficiency in Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, BI Tools, Matrix and/or CRM, Nielsen, Media Monitors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear insights.
• Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance of multi-million dollar per accounts.
• Negotiate and close agency requests and renewals.
• Develop agency relationships and provide exceptional client service.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and prepare market condition reports.
• Assist with rate card programming and p-code guidance.
