Job summary

Western Rock Products is seeking a Materials Sales Representative to grow sales in the South Region, developing strategic accounts and expanding market presence. You will be the primary commercial ambassador, engaging with contractors, developers, and municipalities while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in sales or business development within construction materials is a plus.
• Strong networking and customer relationship skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across markets.
• Manage customer relationships from identification to completion.
• Support pricing, bids, and project estimates with the commercial team.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure project execution and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
