This role focuses on sales growth, account development, and market expansion in Southern Utah’s construction markets. You will build relationships with contractors and public agencies, develop territory plans, manage bids and pricing, and coordinate with operations to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive sales or business development experience.
• Experience in aggregates or construction materials preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and bids is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across markets.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and service excellence.
