Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Regional Materials Director to lead regional materials management across multiple facilities. You will drive production planning alignment, PFEP, and inventory control while partnering with site leaders to optimize service levels and working capital.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in materials/supply chain, Lean change management experience, and a track record of developing regional teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in operations management or supply chain.
• Experience: 8+ years in materials management, procurement, or supply chain; Lean Change Management, Manufacturing Systems, Production Planning, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management experience preferred.
• Travel: 30-50%
• Work Schedule: Typical hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional Materials teams across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Drive regional execution of enterprise Materials Management and Production Planning standards and governance.
• Partner with plant leadership to ensure effective materials planning and execution.
• Oversee PFEP, inbound material flow, inventory control, storage, and stocking strategies.
• Establish and monitor regional KPIs related to inventory performance and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate material-related operational risks impacting production and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and resolve challenges.
• Lead Lean-based continuous improvement initiatives to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Facilitate adoption of new systems, tools, and processes through change management.
