Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Regional Manufacturing Scheduling & Control Manager to lead production scheduling, manufacturing control, and S&OE across multiple sites. You will develop schedules, manage workflow, and resolve constraints to meet customer commitments and operational goals.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in production planning with leadership experience, a background in OEM/high-mix environments, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• CPIM certification is preferred.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain, with 2+ years in a leadership or scheduling role.
• Travel: 0-25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production scheduling and manufacturing control professionals across multiple sites.
• Support the Scheduling Supervisors in leading the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process.
• Establish, standardize, and continuously improve scheduling, manufacturing control, and inventory management processes across locations.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards for schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory, capacity, and efficiency.
• Leverage ERP and advanced scheduling systems to support scheduling, execution, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scheduling effectiveness, material flow, inventory performance, and process standardization.
• Monitor upcoming business requirements, new product introductions, major projects, and implementation schedules.
• Perform other related duties as required.
