Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in operations or business.
5+ years related experience with lean materials management and inventory control.
Experience implementing material flow techniques to improve efficiency and inventory turnover.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS and automation technologies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team to develop, plan, and execute material strategies and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material handling and inventory control.
Forecast and plan warehousing, equipment, and staffing to meet growth and demand.
Identify opportunities to optimize packaging, logistics, and supplier collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies in logistics operations.
Champion standardized procedures and performance benchmarks across materials management.
