Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to develop and execute material strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material handling and inventory control.
• Forecast and plan future material management needs for warehousing, equipment, and personnel.
• Optimize buy quantities, packaging, and logistics with supply chain partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt new technologies like WMS/ERP.
• Develop long-term strategies to reduce materials costs while maintaining service levels.
• Establish standardized procedures and performance benchmarks.
• Lead project management for upcoming business needs and budgets.
