Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Material Manager in the Kansas region to supervise the materials team, align interdepartmental resources, and guide efficient material flows across operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in operations or business field preferred.
5+ years related experience in material management.
Experience implementing material flow techniques and inventory control standards.
Lean materials management understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team to develop and execute material strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material handling and inventory control.
Forecast and plan future material management needs for warehousing, equipment, and personnel.
Optimize buy quantities, packaging, and logistics with supply chain partners.
Drive continuous improvement and adopt new technologies like WMS/ERP.
Develop long-term strategies to reduce materials costs while maintaining service levels.
Establish standardized procedures and performance benchmarks.
Lead project management for upcoming business needs and budgets.
