Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in operations management or supply chain.
• Experience: 8+ years in materials management, procurement, or supply chain.
• Preferred: Lean Change Management, Manufacturing Systems, Production Planning, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management.
• Certifications: CPIM, CPSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Materials teams across multiple facilities with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive enterprise Materials Management and Production Planning standards and governance.
• Partner with plant leadership to ensure materials planning supports schedules and commitments.
• Oversee PFEP, inbound/outbound material flow, inventory control and stocking strategies.
• Establish regional KPIs for inventory, service levels, turns and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality and PM teams.
• Implement Lean-based improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Lead change management for new systems, tools, and processes across the region.
• Standardize best practices to improve consistency and scalability.
