The hybrid TX-based role combines home-office work with travel to meet marketing teams and attend leadership conferences, overseeing budgets, events, and vendor relationships to maximize sales growth.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 5+ years of experience (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience in marketing or sales environments

Responsibilities

• Build and lead geographically diverse marketing teams with travel across regions.
• Oversee monthly regional marketing communications and ROI reporting.
• Recommend regional marketing spend to leadership based on ROI data.
• Track event results and optimize the ROI-focused events calendar.
• Manage vendor relationships for print, promo, gift cards, and partners.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets and funds allocation.
• Supervise Marketing Development Managers and drive regional plans.
