Job summary

Cent iMark Corporation is seeking a Regional Area Marketer for the Mid-Atlantic Division, covering Richmond VA, Baltimore MD, Washington DC, and nearby areas. The role pays $20–$22 per hour with commission potential and is designed as a two-year program to develop into sales or technical roles.

The position supports the Regional Sales team, conducts market outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, and helps plan events, with travel within the region and potential career advancement into future

Qualifications

• Past sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Region (including overnight).
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers and perform cold calls on targeted potential clients.
• Market CentiMark’s features, benefits and success stories on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Introduce prospects to CentiMark’s services and value.
• Schedule intro calls and meetings with prospects.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with Regional Reps and National Accounts.
• Support the Regional Sales Team with Top 50 Target Accounts.
• Attend networking events (BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, etc.) and trade shows.
• Learn CentiMark’s estimating and proposal writing processes.
• Assist in planning regional marketing programs and events.
• Meet monthly activity goals set by regional sales management.
